How to Cancel
To cancel an order, go to My Orders in your account, select the order, and click "Cancel Order". Cancellations are processed immediately and refunds are initiated within 24 hours.
Owner Cancellations
If an owner cancels a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund including the service fee. Owners who frequently cancel may have their accounts suspended.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we may offer full refunds at our discretion regardless of the standard cancellation timeline.
