Return & Refund Policy

Rental Returns
Items must be returned by the agreed end date in the same condition they were received. Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the listed rental rate. Damaged items may result in a security deposit deduction.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, document it with photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact our support team. We will mediate between you and the owner to resolve the dispute fairly.
Sale Returns
Items purchased outright are generally non-returnable unless they were significantly misrepresented in the listing. If you believe an item was misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For offline payments, refunds are coordinated directly between the parties with our mediation.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with an owner, contact our support team at support@rentkaro.com. We will review the evidence from both parties and make a fair determination within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Service fees, delivery fees (once dispatched), and items returned after the agreed period are generally non-refundable. Please review individual listing policies for any additional terms.
