Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using RentKaro. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RentKaro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Listings and Transactions
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. RentKaro acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the rental or sale transaction between owners and customers. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment terms are agreed upon between the owner and customer. RentKaro charges a service fee on completed transactions. We are not responsible for disputes arising from payment between users.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use RentKaro for any unlawful purpose, to list stolen or counterfeit items, to harass other users, to manipulate reviews or ratings, or to engage in any fraudulent activity. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
RentKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
