Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across major cities in India. Delivery availability depends on the owner's location and the delivery options they have configured for their listing.

Delivery fees are set by individual owners and are displayed clearly on each listing page before you place an order. Some owners offer free delivery. The fee shown at checkout is final.

Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Express delivery (same-day or next-day) may be available for select listings and locations at an additional fee.

Owners are responsible for packaging items securely for delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please document it immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account.

At the end of your rental period, you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition. Return shipping costs are typically borne by the renter unless otherwise stated in the listing.
